Privacy policy

This policy describes information used by the AxleBell marketing website at axlebell.com. For questions about your information or product account, contact axlebell@polsia.app.

When you visit this website

Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and access times. This website does not ask you to upload driver records or enter payment information.

Advertising cookies and your choice

With your permission, this website loads the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and clicks that lead to the AxleBell app, and to support advertising measurement. Meta may receive information such as your IP address, browser information, the page URL, and advertising identifiers. After permission, its pixel may set first-party cookies such as _fbp (a browser identifier) and _fbc (an identifier derived from a Facebook ad click). These marketing-domain cookies do not automatically become product-domain cookies. Meta processes information under its own privacy policy.

You can allow or decline advertising cookies in the website banner and change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Your preference is saved in your browser's local storage. This website does not load the Meta Pixel when it detects Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Withdrawing permission stops subsequent website pixel events; it does not delete data already received by Meta. You can clear previously stored cookies in your browser.

Links to the AxleBell app

Signup, login, and plan-selection links open the existing AxleBell app hosted by Polsia. We preserve standard campaign labels (UTM parameters) on links to the app. To keep those labels when you visit another page on this website, we keep a campaign record in this browser tab and use it for up to 30 minutes from the campaign visit. Expired records are cleared when the website next checks them, or when the tab is closed. A new campaign replaces the previous one. With your advertising permission, we also store and pass the Facebook click identifier (fbclid); otherwise we omit it. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track also prevents that identifier from being stored or passed by these links. Standard campaign labels may still be stored and passed. If browser storage is unavailable, links use the campaign information on the current page only. We do not add names, email addresses, account IDs, or session credentials to app links.

The app separately handles account information, compliance records, and its own tracking. Checkout is handled through the app and Stripe. The cookie preference on this marketing website does not change the app's cookie settings. Passing campaign labels does not guarantee that the app stores them with your account or a purchase. The two websites do not share login sessions or customer records through this marketing website. Compatibility addresses such as axlebell.com/signup redirect directly to the app and preserve their URL query parameters; they do not run this website's cookie or link-filtering code. Review the notices shown in the app and checkout before providing information.
